imc Meßsysteme GmbH - subsequently referred to as imc - takes the protection of private data very seriously. Therefore we wish to explain to you, the visitor of our website, how imc secures the confidentiality of your personal data and your privacy.

Personal data:

Information that is not directly related to your real identity (such as an anonymous website statistics) is not covered. You can use our online service without disclosing your identity.

Any information technology service provider working on commission from us is also subject to the BDSG (Federal German Secrecy Obligation Law), other legal statutes and is additionally contractually bound by the Privacy Policy of imc Meßsysteme GmbH.

Data Security Declaration - scope of validity:

This Data Security Declaration is effective immediately and dated December 12, 2012. We reserves the right to make changes to the declaration. Such changes will be publicized here and come into force upon the date of publication.
The Data Security Declaration applies to all web pages for which imc is responsible. The declaration does not apply to Internet sites of third parties, to which imc's sites provide links.
